What are your Terms & Conditions

Why do ETPN members get free registration?
NME21, is a new event born from the fusion of the 14th annual event of the ETPN and the NME scientific conference. As part of the benefits of being an ETPN member is getting free registration to our annual event, including all sessions and social events.
How to become an ETPN member?
Nothing simpler! ETPN members are legal organizations. Just click here, follow the procedure and benefit from free registration to NME21.
My organisation is an ETPN member, how many colleagues can register?
As many as you wish! The two first delegates registration for NME21 from your organization will get free of charge registration. Any additional guest will be charged at the preferential price of 220CHF for the whole event.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes we do! PhD Students are offered a unique reduced price of 220CHF, upon mandatory upload of a justificative document on the on online registration platform.
Do you offer other ticket purchase discounts?
Unfortunately not. NME21 price has been chosen in order to encourage all kinds of stakeholders with interest in Nanomedicine and emerging MedTech to join, from young academic students to industry. Large groups discounts might be discussed. Contact us!
How may COVID-19 impact your participation in NME21?
We are indeed carefully monitoring the evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic in order the propose the safest & most enjoyable possible configuration of the NME21 conference. If the situation imposes it, we will switch to a fully virtual event. This will be announced before the summer break. If we can hopefully organize NME21 as foreseen in St. Gallen, please be sure we will follow the highest standards of sanitary conditions to make your participation safe. Note that all facilities will be set up according to the Covid-19 protection concept of Olma Messen St.Gallen.
What is your refund policy?
No cancellation fees apply up to two weeks before NME21 (23rd August 2021). If you cancel your registration less than two weeks before NME21, full amount has to be paid.
Specific Covid-19 Cancellation Fees
No cancellation fees will apply, if you’re not allowed to travel or attend the NME21 due to government travel restrictions and advisories. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
If the evolution of the COVID-19 imposes it, we will transform NME21 in a fully virtual event. a special discount policy will be proposed for registration. If relevant, a consistent refund will be proposed to already registered attendees, within 30 days after the announcement of the NME21 virtual event.
